John Wort Hannam quit his Grade 9 teach- ing job and spent 10 months sitting at his kitchen table, wearing that lucky hat, and writing his first ten songs. The Albertan has now released 7 recordings and has a few feathers in that lucky hat, including a JUNO nomination and a Canadian Folk Music Award for Best Album of the Year.
